I feel bad that I have neglected my blog, I was doing so well too it would be a shame to forget it completely : (

Only a couple of weeks now until I am home for the summer however, looks like I won't get much of one as I will probably be in John Lewis working as much as I can, never mind it's got to be done. Trying to make the most of the sun at moment though, just waiting for Callum so a few of us can go read Harry Potter outside. I decided to re-read it (the 5th one that is, and the 6th after that) because I really can't remember anything that happens and when I read it the first time I was more worried about finishing it rather than concentrating on the story! Film is out soon I believe and the last book, exciting! AND.... pirates of the caribbean out on friday, can't wait!!!!

I'm looking forward to the weekend because it music festival in Ponty and Nami, brother and Hannah are coming to see Lost Prophets wahoo! Not quite sure how I'm going to squeeze everybody into my room, might have to go downstairs in the lounge as it may get a bit cramped.

Innit Bruv...

Yeh, I'm still in my chav mood from last night. My friend Cat decided to get loads of people to go down the student union dressed as chavs, was really fun and we took over the place lol (look at the pics on facebook)! We even started a dance off and had a big influence on chav music being played.

Went to see 'Hot Fuzz' yesterday too, it definately didn't disappoint, I thought it was reeeaally good and the accents were hilarious although I don't think the people I went with fully appreciated the West Country accent.

I've been putting off a lot of work this week which is wrong of me I know but it's nearly the weekend so not much I can do about it now!

Gonna watch the LAST EVER 2 EPISODES OF THE OC tonight with the girls!!!! The end has arrived, I wonder how it will end and if it will be a rubbish finale which if I'm honest wouldn't surprise me. At least One Tree Hill is still going strong which if you don't watch you should.

Also, this weekend looks like I'll have another sleepless night following the stay-a-wake from last weekend. Me and my 24 friend fan Luke are gonna watch season 5 (fiiiinally) of 24 in, wait for it... 24 hours wahoo!!!! I hope I'll be able to stay awake cos it'll be after work so I'll be pretty tired but if it's as good as everybody has said then I'm sure I'll have no problem.

Hannah's coming!

My friend Hannah is coming to visit and I've just realised I'll have to cook for her, I'm not sure if I have enough food for two :-s

Also, I have so much work this week I hope I get it all done by tomorrow otherwise I'll be doing whilst she's here!

My house next year!

So I don't blog for absolutely ages and then I decide to do 2 in one day hmmm....

Anyway, I just thought I'd tell you all about what I shall be doing next year. We've found a house in Cardiff (Cathys to be precise which is where all the students live) and it's about a 20min walk to the centre which is good. It has 6 bedrooms, including a loft bedroom, 2 bathrooms and an open style lounge and kitchen. And there's even a bit of a patio out back, all it needs is a bit of sweeping! Some of the houses we looked at... they were sooooo messy it was disgusting, I could never live like that although mum would probably choose to disagree with that.

Anyway, it's a nice house and it'll be so nice to have a proper lounge and TV where we can all chill (which is probably what we'll be doing most of the time as we won't have any money!)

So....

There's Polly, my best girl friend here apart from Danielle who isn't moving to Cardiff :'(



The Steve who will actually be in his final year so he'll bring some maturity to the house!



Dale, he's getting the big room but only because he DJ's so he has his decks (quite handy if we ever want a rave...)



Joey who can play guitar so we can sit around and sing Jack Johnson songs ;-)



And of course Alex, who is so Welsh I still find it hard to understand what he's saying sometimes

It's been way too long...

Ok, so I haven't blog in aaaaaggges! Infact this is my first post in 2007, sorry bout that!

I just thought I would blog because I feel all inspired by the snow that we've had. I haven't seen snow like this since I lived in London so I must've been about 4 years old!!??

I went to bed last night and had been asleep for about an hour and someone knocked on my door at about 2am which woke me up. I ignored it at first but then I heard my friend Callum's voice and wondered what he was doing up in our corrider. So I got out of bed and everyone was looking out of the window and when I looked outside my fave looked like an excited kid. It was properly snowing and it looked magical lol! And everyone who had been out that night was outside playing in the snow! I would've gone outside but I was still half asleep and in my pjs but our boys were out there untill 4am- crazy!

So this morning when I woke up I looked outside and thought, 'yeh, I'm not going to my lecture today!' and I wasn't the only one. Instead me and Danielle went outside and took lots of photos and ended up in the middle of so many snowball fights it was so much fun!

One day left

Tomorrow is my last day so I will be coming back to Bristol for 3 weeks! Will be quite strange being at home properly again but nice to have those home comforts :-)

We are going out for a Christmas meal tonight except we'll probably end up having to buy chips or something because it's all a bit of a shambles! At first we were going to book somewhere in Cardiff but it just never happened, so now we're going to a pub except there's 20 of us so we might not even get a seat.

I've been really busy these past couple of weeks because all the deadlines are... now, so I've been trying to finish all my projects. All done now thought, have just handed in my last piece of work so pheww! It didn't stop me going out though, last night we all went to the union and wednesday nights are always busy but last night especially because it was the last one of the term. Was lots of fun and I took over 100 photos!!!

Oh yeh, and met Karl Kennedy from Neighbours as well! Was a very brief meeting, in - take photo - out. And when he was on stage he was really rude, trying to please the students I guess.

Oh yeh, looks like I'll be asking for a new phone for Christmas as mine decided to randomly erase all my numbers and photos :-( AND I try to add a number and it won't even save it, so if you text me you need to say who it is!

What else, ummm, oh got to start thinking about a house next year which is really stressful! My course will be in Cardiff so I'll be moving there but half my friends will be in Pontypridd. And it's so hard deciding who to live with, like should I live with boys or will they be too messy! Decisions, decisions...

BTW, on some of your blogs I have tried to comment but for some reason it won't let me!?

You know when you've been spending too much time on the computer when...

... you laugh to yourself and then say 'laughing my ass off' (lmao)!!!

My Early Night

So I decided for once that as I had to be up first thing this morning I would actually try and have a go at going to bed at the time I used to when I was back at home. Since I've been here I find it hard to get to sleep before midnight so I got into bed at about 10.30, I did put on Scrubs because I've got into the habit of watching something before I go to sleep!

Anyway, I really couldn't sleep, felt a bit sick which I think was because I hadn't really eaten any proper food because I'd planned to go shopping but the free bus didn't turn up (grrrr)!

At about 12.45am I was just drifting off and the fire alarm goes off! It scared the hell out of me and if anybody had seen me they would have laughed cos my glasses had fallen on the floor so I was panicking trying to find them blind! I grabbed my big, fluffy pink dressing gown and went outside with the others. I thought it was like 2.30am and when I got outside everyone was fully clothed. I was so embarrassed cos I was literally the only one in my pjs, all the guys made fun of me :( maybe if I had grabbed my hoody I wouldn't have looked so silly in my dressing gown!

Ooooo, Just as I was writing this I had a knock on the door from one of the security men, my printer has come through yay!

... just watched the 3rd episode from season 4 of 'The OC'...

I'm so happy :-D
